Orientation & Training Solely responsible for Hired by GE Oil & Gas Corporate to facilitate smooth transition of a recent acquisition in all human resources and payroll functions for a manufacturing facility with approximately 200 employees. Developed organizational chart for succession and salary planning. Work with corporate human resources to ensure GE policies and procedures are followed. Plan and implement regular employee meetings to assure policy benefit and payroll understanding is fully effective. Ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
