Specific experience in safety, controls and vision systems. Substantial experience and outstanding skills in customer service . Accustomed to working in fast-paced environments with the ability to think quickly and successfully handle difficult clients. I have an excellent track record for follow up and quickly supporting customers in need. Currently work with a variety of customer type including (but not limited to) automotive and tiered suppliers, medical, integrators and distributors. Keep up to date on competitors, market trends and customer needs for future technologies. Have keen ability to summarize application challenges to design engineers to overcome problems and create solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others, in both supervisory and support staff roles. Professionally trained in sales techniques for the industrial marketplace.
