I have been in the property management/real estate as a Liaison Team Head and promoted to Department Head within my seven years of stay at Extraordinary Development Corporation. I have gained much knowledge in handling buyer’s accounts in terms of completion of documents for loan releases in government agency, appraisals from Engineering Department and other compliance for loan take-out, title transfer in coordination and processing w/ Registry of Deeds and real property tax payments as well. During my stay in the company I was awarded w/ Certificate of Excellence for loan release target three times within three consecutive years with loan take-out up to a maximum of 350 million. I was also the one who systematized all Collateral Appraisal Report (CAR) of the accounts of our buyers with complete data of monitoring for easy tracking for immediate loan release. I have an ISO Certification as an Internal Quality Auditor 9002 series. I have managed relationship with existing accounts for corporate accounts for over three years. I have very good understanding of debt capital markets, derivatives, commercial products and credit through my MBA degree. I have over seven years experience in credit review and approval. I have managed people directly reporting to me with different cultural background. I have a proven track record managing expectations from different business units internal and external with varying cultural background. I have assumed a head role for over ten years that required decision making, solution, implementation on a daily basis and leadership in organizational skills.
