A position with growth potential that utilizes both my organizational and administrative skills. * Experience * * Saint Anne's RC Church Garden City, New York 2005 - Present * Administrative Assistant - Faith Formation Program Serve as primary contact for Religious Education Program. Communicate directly with over 600 parishioner * families and 1,100 students to provide instructional support and guidance. Register all students for each new Program year. Meet with families and provide Program information through * e-mail and mass mailings using Microsoft Word, Publisher, and Schoolreach. Maintain Parish Data Systems data base including family and child information. Scheduling of and setting up of all classes for the Program year. Set-up and maintain calendar, including * scheduling meetings and sacramental dates. Set up and maintain spreadsheets for scheduling of sacraments, payment of fees, completion of mandatory assignments, and attendance of mandatory meetings. Order and breakdown delivery of books. Organize staff and materials needed for sacraments of First Holy Communion, Reconciliation, and Confirmation. Design and print all certificates and publications distributed. Approve bills for payment Coordinate with the main parish office including bank deposits for the Parish School, Faith Formation Program, * and Church funds.
