Manage & Supervise Sales Office (19 people total) Prepare Sales Forecasts for Budgeting and Sales Planning * Create Sales strategy to expand and cover market. Also design and implement metrics to monitor Company performance comparing to Group's Goals * Use Group's guidelines for performance reporting and present results to Top Management using software tools as Excel and Power Point Involved in all Industrial Markets (Utilities Petrochemical Pulp & Paper WTE Steel Cement Sugar etc.) as well as OEM's EPC's and Engineering Firms * Follow up to projects using CRM and Visual Manufacturing * Negotiate Contracts and Pricing to secure business * Create rapport and Excellent relationship with Customers at all levels for a long-term business relationship. Have business awareness identifying and taking ownership for targets projects and commitments. Ability to negotiate with Top Management
