A true performer who understands the market and has a remarkable ability to bring in new business while effectively managing existing accounts. * Over 5+ years in medical sales, medical devices sales, and direct hospital, long-term nursing facilities, direct doctor, and direct pharmacy sales * Innovative in establishing, maintaining and enhancing the business through effective leadership and support of advance projects that address a wide variety of issues such as innovation strategy, brand strategy, distribution strategy, market sizing, competitive intelligence, and new business development/transaction support * Takes complete ownership of the experience utilizing cross-functional partnering and technical skills, excellent project management and communication skills, and a sense of urgency and passion for excellence * Demonstrated competency in change management, business process redesign, and process improvement while managing and executing large scale projects willing to challenge traditional thinking and is not constrained by "the way we do things today" * Possesses intellectual strength and good common sense, including highly developed problem solving skills, strong analytical capabilities, and an ability to synthesize and present compelling recommendations * A drive for results coupled with exceptional execution skills
