Summary: Twenty-seven (27) years' experience as an administrative professional. Duties have evolved from general office duties such as: responsibility for typing of project memos, correspondence, monthly reports, presentations, etc., custodian of project files, (electronic and hard copy), scheduled conference rooms, luncheons, and travel arrangements. In addition to the above mentioned responsibilities, duties now encompass the following: coordinate housing and transportation of personnel from Fluor overseas offices. Assisted VP of Project Management in coordinating and leading Task Force Group functions, i.e., recognition events, client entertainment, group trips to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Coordinate monthly project events for team building.
