Summary: * Solution Architect with over 5 year experience in providing Solution designing, Service Assurance, Service Management Customer Support, and Vendor Management in various capacities from front-end field engineer to handling branch operations to centralized SPOC for global Telcos. * Responsibilities include the planning, implementation and/or definition of successful marketing plans and programs, sales enablement and product launch support. * Providing techno-commercial proposals for high value government tenders and responded to RPF's and RFIs. * Expertise in design and delivery of cost effective, high-performance and complex IT Infrastructures. * Working closely with clients along with the sales team for offering the best solution within timeline. * Enhance customer experience by offering better and innovative solutions & services. * Extensive experience in Wireless & wired network Design & Solutioning. * Prepare and monitor bid plan, Qualify resources against the bid plan, implement the key winning strategy to Bid team * Coordination with product, commercial, legal and other cross-functional teams and periodic milestone reviews * Prime for holding critical reviews during the bid process, work on risk analysis and possible mitigation strategy * Work with support team to ensure the completeness of bid as per the requirement * Responsible for Overall Quality of the Bid.
