I have spent the last 25 years actively selling solutions in and around the payment industry from card deployments (gift, closed loop, open loop, pre-paid, smart, etc..), POS development (hybrid terminals, unattended devices, expansive CRM systems, Omni-channel, etc...), burgeoning technologies (NFC, contactless, wireless, bluetooth, EMV, geo-location services, etc....) to customer engagement solutions (profile capture, identity protection, content delivery, loyalty, gamification, etc..). I personally worked with a number of Banks, Card Associations, Large Brand Names, Retail Merchants to assist them with their Omni-channel strategy and how loyalty plays to that strategy. For the last four (4) years, I have been involved with startups in designing a customer engagement solution utilizing proprietary beacons, customized mobile applications and a managed service platform to co-exist with the aforementioned Omni-channel deployments and crafting a go-to-market strategy for an up and coming behavioral healthcare company looking to change the paradigm of how medical care is delivered.
