Accomplishments * Managed all aspects of an international regional sales territory including developing business and marketing plans, scheduling work and activities, budgeting, training, establishing policies and procedures, evaluating performance, and motivation of employees. * Increased revenue to the company through review and modification of presentation techniques towards product combination sales. Worked with researchers to demonstrate the value of purchasing our company's products. * Boosted sales revenue for the company through creation of a strategic marketing plan encompassing product entry into 30 countries within South America, the Middle East, Europe and Southeast Asia.
