TMI sold exclusively through distributors of loading dock equipment, material handling products, overhead door companies and HVAC solutions. My responsibility was for budgeted revenue and for gross margin generation. After 27 years, the company was sold to a large equity group with established operations throughout the country and that consolidation caused the unexpected elimination of my position.
