If there is one word that best describes me and my professional career, that word would be "optimism". Being optimistic of my job, the people around me, and the opportunities that lie ahead has been crucial to my successes, and in dealing with my failures. A wise person once said that, "nothing great has ever been accomplished with a bad attitude." There is nothing closer to the truth than that statement. My optimistic approach defines me. It helps me look for the good in those I interact with, and it keeps me focused on business opportunities that pessimists tend to overlook. I am far from perfect, but my optimistic approach has enabled me to maximize my potential, and to achieve goals that are above and beyond my natural ability. Without optimism, you cannot overcome challenges, but with optimism, anything can be accomplished. My life is a testament to that notion.
