COVER LETTER: Hello, I have knowledge of HR principles and practices as well as administration and evaluation of these programs. I have developed and implemented policies, created Employee Manuals and AWAIR Manuals (MN version of a Safety Manual). I have a proven track record in coaching, developing supervisors, increasing their knowledge on company culture and decreasing employee relations issues. I moved to Arizona, and although we have a branch in Phoenix, the company feels that they would rather have the HR Manager located in Minnesota.
