Experienced with social media networking and recruiting with strong emphasis working with LinkedIn. * Utilized applicant tracking systems such as Taleo (Taleo Certified). * Expert in Boolean search string creation for sourcing. * Responsibilities included sourcing, conducting phone screenings and face to face interviews, submitting candidates through vendor management systems (VMS) or directly to the hiring manager, monitoring and providing feedback, scheduling and coordinating interviews, closing candidates once an offer is made, conducting drug and background checks, and internal onboarding through candidates start date. * Was responsible for staffing a multitude of different jobs across the nation.
