* Managed and extended the Sales Broker team nationwide. * Trained the Celtic Sea Salt sales team to have a better understanding of business and the retailer environment that has resulted in fewer out of stocks faster shipping and a greatly improved team attitude at the company. * Built important relationships with key national accounts that have helped add to Celtic's growth by securing stronger shelf placement at major retailers resulting in increased sales by over 30% * Grew Celtic's business with key distributors by strategically promoting Celtic Sea Salt products and working with their sales teams to add new accounts. * Strategically opened new Distributor accounts to better service our customers for nationwide coverage. * Actively managed Celtic's key tradeshow budget.
