Summary I am a training and development leader, teacher, and writer with excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for improving customer experience and creating a customer-focused culture. I have spent the last several years building courseware for both corporate call center clients, as well as curating and developing their knowledge base tools. My leadership skills were developed in a variety of contexts, from leading teams in retail to guiding my students to success in the college classroom. In my current role, Instructional Designer with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, I am responsible for improving agent performance through designing and enhancing training, as well as identifying and leveraging process improvements. I utilize the ADDIE instructional design methodology as well as tools like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, PowerPoint, WebEx, and MS Lync. I work directly with leadership on improving individual performance through redesigning and developing classroom instruction, eLearning, and one-on-one coaching. I am seeking an opportunity that will allow me to leverage my leadership talent and training and development background to continue my career progression.
