Long and Short term programs serve Adults, Veterans and Youth. *Overseeing the development, planning, and implementation of federal and local training programs for job seekers across the District of Columbia. *Plans, develops and reviews program plans spanning a variety of government agencies and funding sources. *Develops and facilitates internal training's to ensure that staff are clear on program goals. *Develops assessment tools to evaluate program operations, challenges, compliance and successes. Makes recommendations to senior leadership to avoid inefficiencies and increase productivity. *Manages the coordination and communication related to a successful customer service model, goals and operations. Researches and investigates all concerns from job seekers about our programs and services. *Coordinates with supervisors and representative to align policy and service delivery to meet our state and federal performance. *Coordinates with agency departments and District leadership to report relevant changes to policy and how recommendations on how it will effect our current programs and services. *Reviews division fiscal budgets and makes any needed recommendations to ensure efficient accountability. *Supervises and assigning tasks to staff as needed.
