QUALIFICATIONS: PHR Certification (Professional in Human Resources) 15 years of human resource experience including recruiting, management of exempt and non-exempt employees, training and development, and employee relations. Strong knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws, including rules and regulations governing ADA, FMLA, EEOC, and OSHA. Outstanding organizational skills and a strong work ethic. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and HRIS systems. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
