ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Created "Reinvent Yourself" program to match individual personal development goals with corresponding business needs, as well as to boost leader and employee interest and engagement in pursuing temporary assignments, secondments and job shadowing programs. Program resulted in significant increase in employees posting for assignments. * Led notification and relocation of employees from one site to another as a result of site closures and acquisitions. Created and executed plan to integrate teams in the new organization. Resulted in 50% of eligible employees relocating to new site. * Developed and implemented a workforce plan to prepare for growth and shift in capabilities to meet three-year business plan. * Created and implemented a comprehensive talent and succession plan strategy to align with short and long term goals with a focus on increasing diversity. This resulted in an increase of 25% female successors for key roles. * Designed and implemented an organizational development program to educate and improve leader's ability to coach, mentor and develop staff. This resulted in improved understanding of coaching and development skills and resources, as well as increased engagement for both leaders and staff. * Led project management activities for several enterprise-wide projects such as R&D lead for global learning transformation project creation of third party resourcing platform and team R&D lead for outsourcing clinical trial work to a vendor R&D lead for global HR process simplification and standardization and North Carolina site closure.
