America Collaborated with Sales Engineering and Manufacturing on the development and launch of Caterpillar's new Vocational Truck. Worked with all Caterpillar Dealers to insure successful launch and help design "Dealer Playbook." Delivered sales goals and strategy for District Sales Managers within several markets. Managed proprietary and aftermarket truck parts programs with District Parts Managers. Responsible for regions total sales and service of Caterpillar "Legacy Engine" and aftermarket parts business. * Designed and developed engineering support for Caterpillar Glider program with several Dealers.
