My experience indicates that I am an ideal match for a Plant HR Manager position. My hands-on approach has given me a “seat at the table” in making important business decisions. My active involvement has resulted in HR often taking the lead in formulating the strategy and planning for the plant. I am especially pleased with my 2016 strategy which resulted in 4+ million dollars in labor cost savings. As a manager in your organization, I would aim to strengthen existing Human Resource relationships, and drawing on my experience, drive sustainable efficiency.
