SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: * Operation, Event, and Administrative Management with over 10 years of experience working in dynamic and fast paced environments. * Experienced in all aspects of event management, including budget and invoicing, venue selection/contract negotiation, proposal planning, transportation arrangements, production of meeting materials, registration/database management, onsite management, tradeshow production, and meeting management. * Extensive experience in all aspects of event coordinating in regards to vendor management, event décor design, menu development, timelines, entertainment, and venue selection. * Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. * Highly successful in establishing an immediate rapport with key stake holders and individuals on all levels. * Experienced in coordinating and managing projects with specific budgets, deadlines and reporting requirements. * Recruitment support expertise in various industries with strong client services skills. * Management and processing of employment documents including W-4s, I-9s, background checks, drug screenings, and payroll. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
