Have a keen ability to identify and resourcefully meet urgent administrative and operational demands on a daily basis. Have exceptional communications, organization, diplomacy and problem solving resolution skills. Philosophy I believe the role of an educator, must be to expect high quality learning from the College, staff, and students. I believe that the student should be the main focus in our Colleges. The student should be provided with the opportunity to excel in this demanding world. Education should also prepare our youth to become a moral productive member of society. Qualifications * Bilingual - Spanish/English * Excellent with customer service * Skilled at learning new concepts quickly while working under pressure * Able to present to large groups * Able to work well and carry the company vision statement * Have perfect attendance throughout my career * Worked with staffs of 45 - 80 persons * Worked with schools of 450-1,000 students * Have been responsible for Audits from TEA, TWC, and The Department of Education
