Career Highlights Contracted with over 18 firms to manage building and construction permits for a client looking to purchase and demolish a building. Went in front of city council to obtain permits due to historical nature of building and was ultimately successful in demolishing. (Independently Contracted) Negotiated contracts with some of the largest hospital networks in the U.S. on pricing, RFPs with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and independent hospital networks on spinal and orthopedic implants in an extremely competitive environment. Ultimately was able to secure business on multimillion dollar contracts awarded to only two vendors out of over 150 competitors. (NuVasive/Stryker, Senior Sales) Awarded top sales awards every year through top territory growth, top performer, President's club, or simply management quarterly awards. (NuVasive, Stryker, Si-Bone, VTI Senior Sales Management, Sales Marketing, and VP of Sales) .Conducted Managed a team of eight sales representatives in Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, and Georgia to drive sales and marketing initiatives. Managed HMS Data to streamline physician payers and physician connections. Worked with national news networks, print, and radio media outlets to drive business. * Developed team of 11 people across Southeastern U.S. and trained on managing and utilizing data to target specific customers. Taught team how to target demographically, by specialties, and by referral sourcing. In doing so, I was able to produce multimillion dollar revenue. * multiple business development campaigns including patient testimonies patient seminars and securing a spot on local news station that was picked up by 31 networks nationwide. All campaign activities branded physician in local community and increased physician's visibility. * Conducted marketing campaign for surgeon in North Carolina. Positioned unique surgeon referral programs and targeted pain management physicians as well as case managers. Generated so many referrals that marketing had to intentionally slow down.
