COVER LETTER: To whom it may concern I am a strategic thinker who excels at formulating creative solutions to complex problems and business challenges. I lead by example and enjoy being part of the process of finding opportunities, turning those opportunities into deals and closing business. I have been brought into organizations specifically to build, grow or fix sales teams and have consistently increased revenue and performance via careful hiring, coaching and, most importantly, personal involvement with prospects and clients, 50% of my time is spent in client facing meetings. My strength is building relationships, coaching and mentoring teams on how to use a consultative approach - asking the important and insightful questions to better understand the client's goals and direction, their stakeholders, the competitive landscape within their industry, the overall impact an initiative will have on an organization, and how to manage the impact of these solutions on our environment. My ultimate goal is to influence sales teams to provide our clients with business solutions that will help them gain a competitive advantage against other industry leaders. These solutions will positively impact their bottom line by using technology as an enabler to rapidly enter newer and faster growing emerging markets, speed up product development, increase new s ources of revenue, and provide a better work/life balance for their executives and employees.
