Employee and Labor Relations * Assisted leadership in healthcare, retail, non-profit, and insurance industries to effectively resolve employee relations issues throughout all levels in the organizations. Routinely worked through complex issues, such as sexual harassment, and workplace disputes. Properly and thoroughly investigated all employee issues to arrive at a satisfactory resolution that ensured compliance with all EEOC and Labor Laws. Represented companies in EEOC proceedings, working with corporate and outside counsel to make sure risk was minimized. Compensation and Benefits Solely responsible for negotiating and reviewing Benefit Plans for a non-profit agency. Results saved over $400,000 in premiums by re-designing existing plans.
