CAREER HIGHLIGHTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS * Assess, design and implement recruiting strategies to include: analysis, job optimization, sourcing, screening and recruiting process for many domestic and global leaders in the public & private sector (US, Canada, UK, Asia and Middle East) focused on talent acquisition and HR operations. * Developed, managed and executed recruiting fulfillment for a brand new stat-of-the-art $235 million, 200 MMcf/d natural gas processing plant. Including associated gathering, compression and treating facilities for the midstream segment. * Provide recruiting for large operator of interstate natural gas pipeline, employing over 20,000 individuals. HR responsibilities were heavily focused on providing communication to employees and management regarding changes in business operations. * Implemented dashboards to measure metrics to evaluate and analyze overall recruiting and team effectiveness. Including programs to enable executives and hiring managers to make better hiring decisions while matching those to company culture and objectives. * Managed relationships with vendors and negotiated contracts. Implemented vendor management process resulting in bottom line cost saving by approximately 35%. * Spearheaded automation of entire recruiting process by evaluating, selecting, and implementing an Applicant Tracking System, (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). * Principle advisor to hiring managers and execs relating to Recruiting, HR policies, and application/systems training.
