Provided Managed, trained, developed and provided HR leadership to a staff of five (5) Human Resources professionals in three (3) states. * Provided HR guidance and expertise to market leadership in support of thirty six (36) retail store locations and over 3000 employees in areas such as performance management, employee relations, legal compliance, professional development, etc. * Delivered and executed on corporate HR initiatives (e.g., leadership planning process, benefits and salary administration, performance management, talent acquisition, rebranding, etc.) Human Resource expertise to field leadership supporting 750 employees in the areas of performance management recruitment employee relations training acquisitions and compensation. Direct partnership with three (3) Operational Vice Presidents in respective markets.
