Experience Summary: * As a HR Business Partner, I was responsible for the entire lifecycle of around 300-350 employees from joining to exit. * Handled employee engagement programs and employee grievances. * Data analysis related to attrition, training, headcount gender ratios etc to facilitate top management review and Strategies * Manage complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally. Completed projects like appraisal revamp, PIP Initiative, Referral Program, Learning & Development initiatives, etc. * Taken employee trainings and prepared training presentations (Email etiquette effective communication, sales training, team building, etc). Experienced with implementing comprehensive recruitment and staffing strategies * Excellent communication skills to all levels of management and staff * Experienced in using proactive techniques to meet staffing requirements * Experienced in attracting, sourcing, and screening candidates through various methods.
