Egan Page Two Fully responsible for managing and reconciling the annual HR budget of $3.2M, managing process improvement projects throughout Human Resources and payroll. Oversaw the creation of the new HR Service Center (8 empl). Key Achievements * Identified and implemented Service Level Agreements with HR partners and met our SLA 99.3% of the time. * Implemented SaaS solution company-wide, bringing together acquired organizations into one benefit plan offering, reducing costs and ensuring consistent employee experiences throughout the company. * Influenced employee acceptance of downgraded benefit offerings during benefit presentations to all 3,100 employees. Received three bronze awards for the successful presentation of a difficult message. * Oversaw the creation of HR metrics and business intelligence factors for Executive team, which focused on the influences, dependencies, and risks to building the sought-after culture.
