Accomplishments As President of the governing body of a 1000 member church I lead a successful strategic visioning process based on the principles of Jim Collins, From Good to Great for Non Profits. Created the first pastor/parish relations committee at Immanuel United Church of Christ to strengthen relationship between pastors and church members Chaired the 1997 successful school levy campaign for the Delaware City School System through a strategy of unifying education, business, and professional leaders of the community to support excellence in public education Member of the Mifflin Community Library Board 5 year term Planned and conducted formal presentations to five Berks County boroughs and townships for financial support on behalf of The Mifflin Community Library
