Summary of Positions: Responsible for the organization and co-ordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency, plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff, plan and conduct new employee orientation, identify and manage training and development processes necessary for employee improvement. Annual salary review, implement and monitor performance management, responsible for employee complaints, grievances and disputes, administer employee discipline processes, conduct exit interviews review, update employee rules and regulations, maintain the human resource information system, manage employee database, coordinate employee safety, responsible for welfare and wellness issues and maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
