Results: Benefits plans selected that were robust while satisfying corporate and employee financial constraints and accomplished a smooth open enrollment Conflict resolution in a corporate environment. Results: Earned the trust of the employees and management when resolving employee concerns and issues related to a variety of topics. Coach management on employee relations. Results: Managers better able to respond to employees when discussing a variety of topic. Processed multi-state payroll using various payroll platforms. Results: Successful processing of multi-state payrolls by defining and documenting processes resulting in error free payrolls, liabilities paid timely and satisfied employees.
