Recognized for creating a unique value added resource for candidate attraction. * Consult with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs job specifications job duties qualifications and skills Direct support for Corporate HR Three Field HR Managers and site hiring managers * Proactive identification of sourcing solutions both in active and passive talent in a high volume requisition environment Manage the sourcing selection offer negotiation closing and administrative components within a complete full life-cycle recruiting process. * Perform/coordinate reference and background checks on applicants * Manage and support two recruiters responsible for all job advertising * Develop staffing strategies for strategic and large volume hiring and new business start-ups * Provide reporting metrics and updates for Sr. Management and our Customers * Recruit for both exempt and non-exempt roles nationwide Travel to various Penske locations job fairs universities/colleges and vocational/technical schools as well as trade shows.
