this professional training organisation During this experience I was able to acquire a general overview of human resources organisation, management and development. I was given the responsibility for recruiting and training and was involved in a project to revise and redefine the management procedures and processes. I was also able to witness the acquisition of this small engineering company by ABB and to see the transition and merging of SAE into ABB SAE SADELMI. I was trained to be a trainer. The courses were organised for company managers and generally lasted for two weeks. The most common areas for which these courses were developed were public speaking making effective presentations negotiation skills managing meetings and multi-cultural communication.
