Promoted and retained by a private equity group to serve as a member of the executive team and as a strategic bridge between new and former ownership and management, and facilitate a smooth transition of the business and its markets. Held authority for revenue generation and customer support across the globe. Guided the activities of professionals in Engineering, Customer Service, Business Development, Marketing and Technical Support, while responsibly managing the new organization’s full P&L for Data and Storage Technologies globally.
