Nursing Home Administrator or Executive Director of Healthcare Operations

I wish to obtain an executive management role as either a nursing home administrator or as a regional consultant nurse for a long term care chain of facilities. My present salary is $127,500 per year plus a bonus package. I am amenable to living on the premises of the facility that I manage to be accessible.
