ACCOMPLISHMENTS FOR DIAL-HENKEL NA: Developed marketing strategy, increasing revenues. Largest Air-Care account had decreasing market share with some customers discontinuing product. Created 40-store test of shelving to increase visibility of product. Realized 68% increase in test stores in 1st yr. Implemented strategy in all stores driving 25% YOY sales increases. Seized new opportunity for discount sales. Discount sales items, tied to scheduled coupon discounts, were losing sales volume. Coordinated multi-brand coupons with account price feature to lower the consumer price while raising volume. New process increased overall sales 21%. Enlisted sponsorship, driving product volume to #1. Dial-Henkel/NA had agreed to sponsor Indy Racing League with Purex brand. Tied regional / corporate show car schedule to chain/independent in-store displays, consumer benefits and chance to win prizes. Drove increased volume 12%, becoming #1 nationally. Drove product offering to #2 volume leader. Upon hire, corrected long-term lack of corporate laundry product presence at a major top 25 account.
