Lindsey functions as the primary support resource in the production support organization for one or more Health Care Applications. She is responsible for the performance reliability and optimization of specified key production Health Care systems and processes. The PS Team functions as the key contact for the organization on all production issues associated with the assigned system and processes. Angela performs data analysis on root cause factors that prevent production systems and processes from being highly reliable accurate and efficient. Her primary focus is on the development and implementation of initiatives that eliminate dependence on manual operations and effectively integrate systems and applications with enterprise monitoring tools. She is responsible for the development and perpetual maintenance of formal documentation of their assigned systems and processes as well as capacity planning identifying patching requirements configuration management and regular formal reporting on performance. Angela daily activities include but not limited to troubleshooting invoice requests for Health Care Medical records using Toad/Oracle/MySql and reassuring the requests processes through the system. Sometimes during her research there is discovered defects from patch hot fixes and deployments therefore she works with QA/Development on scripts/code changes and deployments to Production systems. Also she performs customer user testing to replicate identified issues discovered with the Health Care Application systems. Lindsey for Advanced Marketing Solutions for Retail Businesses. She assists Retail Businesses with troubleshooting software application issues by performing system administrative duties such as setup and configuration for MSSQL database and Copient software configuration on Linux servers. The Advanced Marketing Solutions Software is custom according to each Retail Business environment and as a support consultant Ms. Lindsey works with the Engineering team to perform debug and User Acceptance Testing using tools like PL SQL, MSSQL, Java View Source, researching log files within Linux servers and testing communications between Windows and Linux servers . She creates documentation for a knowledge base tool to assist consumers with triaging and resolving issues within Test and Production environments. She supports software environments for Operating Systems on Windows and UNIX/LINUX servers. She implements and test source code production releases prior to submitting new revisions to the consumers. Ms. Lindsey creates Service Change Requests Tickets to keep track of the requested updates required by the consumer. Also, Ms. Lindsey delegates to other support groups the required requests for enhancements to the applications. She communicates directly with the Retail Business consumer to resolve problems. was a System Support Engineer that provided software support for various production support applications that supported the integrity of personal information of consumers such as Background and Credit checks. The information supported was considered highly sensitive personally identifiable information (SPII). She performed system enhancements data management technical and system administrative support helping to improve customer satisfaction and maintained a consistent office environment to streamline expenses. Also she triaged application issues by performing system administrative duties such as running sql queries using tools like PL SQL MSSQL PL SQL Developer and SQL Navigator. She created scripts and performed deployments to oracle databases and JBOSS JAVA c+ and c++ code. She monitored the application servers that were majority deployed on UNIX and LINUX servers. She implemented production releases during maintenance and performed UAT's to test the production source code. Ms. Lindsey created Service Request Tickets to keep track of the requested changes required by the consumer. She delegated to other support groups the required requests for enhancements to the applications. Ms Lindsey communicated directly with the consumer to resolve problems and she played a mediator to outsourcing production support groups.
