Description
Provide human resource support for regional areas up to 1500+ employees in multiple cities to include WA OR ID CA VA HI and Guam * Collaborate with managers/business units on strategic plans to maintain and/or improve employee morale recruiting efforts and other business initiatives involving human resources * Develop strategic relationships with managers to gain respect as a trusted Business Partner * Foster relationships with employees to gain their confidence as an employee advocate Manage and develop Human Resources Coordinators
