Description
* Dealing Responsible for the collection and transmission of all information relating to titles, issues and claims. * Ensuring all resources are available, budget constraints are achieved. * Building client relationships, through effective communication and great loyalty. Daily/weekly updates on our database/SAP systems to ensure all systems are up to date. * Create and maintain IT architectures and operational activities. Use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook. * Support application development and monitor performance of computer systems. * Supporting customer via Remote connections (RDP) and use of VPNs. * Unit and integration testing on client machines, servers and networks with security patches. * Migration of information from old systems to new systems. * Plan, design, evaluate and implement any upgrade, testing, replacements of computer parts. * Providing all relevant technical and operational expertise on both external and internal workstations. * The use of SAP application to create Contractors, Vendors. Publishers/Distributors, Point of Sales, Sales Customers. * Knowledge of U Perform to create notes, slides, scripts for new comers. Implementation of User acceptance testing for SAP application. * Member of the SAP team which works in order to ensure that all services are efficient. * Testing of SAP client computer interface & Creating and updating title file. * Working with and supporting point of sale terminals and transaction processing. * Communicating with other branches to ensure the price for all products are correct. * Dealing with enquires from customers and members of staff within and outside the firm. * Point of contact for price regulation and dealing with telephones calls about the recent changes within the organisation include all prices. with customer queries on the phone email and face to face. * Assigning of all complaints & queries to the required department. * Resolving payment queries and updating customer details. Using Microsoft Word and Excel to produce reports for both the client and line manager. Setting up monthly briefing on performance. * Ensuring all products has the correct prices and barcode. * All feedback forms from customers are validated and customer contacted. * Assisting with regular stock checks and annual stock takes * Looking after all aspects of the shop whilst the Retail Manager is away. * Ensuring all fire exits and escape routes are kept free from obstruction. * Being vigilant at all times and to help minimise stock loss.
