Provide daily updates to purchasing systems that released purchase orders keeping all project deliverables on schedule. * Support Construction Managers (CM), Site Acquisition Managers (SAM), Team Leaders and other office personnel with assigned projects/tasks. Provide data entry to team to ensure accurate tracking. * Coordinate internal resources and carriers/third parties for the flawless executive of project. * Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. * Participate in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions. * Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques for complete accuracy. * Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Capture and maintain accurate and complete files for multi-projects update project milestones to prepare status reports. Update necessary tracking and/or ticketing system (s) to ensure project and/or program status is maintained with complete accuracy. * Utilize time management, task prioritization and organizational skills to facilitate multiple tasks to ensure maximum productivity. * Manage the relationship with multiple vendors and all stakeholders affected by project to provide status. * Intermediate experience in SAP, Excel, Adobe Professional, Siterra, EWOKS and SiteHandler. * Create Excluded Fee Requests (EFR) and Service Scopes (SS) in database and upload and/or combine support documents for processing. Monitor progress through completion. Maintain ownership of resolution while escalation resources for assistance if unable to resolve issues. * Responsible for entering all market cancellations into EWOKS and SRM. * Research EFRs and SSs to identify complications resulting in slow turnaround with (Request for Numbers (RFx) or POs generated in SRM. Initiate necessary action to retrigger through SRM. * Coordinate between ASP/Service Provider and Sourcing for status of invoice payments. * Responsible for reviewing and correcting payment confirmations against closeout packages after CM and SAM approvals. * Support vendors with purchase order reviews to determine requirements for resolution. Develop and maintain positive client relationships. to 1 week delivery time. * Increased customer satisfaction by processing government orders from contracts to furbish various sites with startup or upgraded equipment. * Created safe and healthful work environment by conducting quarterly safety audits resulting in no reported incidents.
