Master Degree Licensed Registered Nurse, Master Degree in Business Administration/Health Care Management and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. * Member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and am an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, ISO 9001:2015 Management Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor Developed an Internal Audit Program for Healthcare. Have Trained 91 auditors to date, worked with Information Technologist and developed/implemented an electronic database for the planning of the Internal Audits, implementation and documentation of the audits and their findings, audit report writing and submission as well as way of electronically sending corrective action plan assignments with follow up documentation to validate and verify resolution achieved and sustained. Database also used to track and trend audit results for risk and opportunities for continuous improvement. Have worked on quality and quality auditing for multiple healthcare areas such as nursing, patient care, physician peer review, private and public insurance, workers compensation, regulatory compliance and ISO 9001:2015 (ISO 19011:2018) Quality Management System. Worked as a Change Management Facilitator to help others develop and implement corrective action plans that demonstrate success and sustainability and provide meaningful reports to Senior Leadership. Have participated on a Baldrige Listening Committee to ensure sustainability of the Baldrige award received for the company and presented alignment of the ISO 9001 Quality Management system and Baldrige used to design and implement the organizations Internal Audit Program to the DNV GL Healthcare Symposium in 2016 and again in 2018. Have also skill in working as a Case Manager for private and public insurance companies as well as for workers compensation and healthcare facilities.
