SUMMARY OF SALES, CONTRACTING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE * PRESENT POSITION. July 2016. Signed and executed a full time sole source consulting contract with the District of Columbia to advise the City on awarding a $150 million dollar financial services contract. Responsibilities cover the full range of contracting functions from writing the RFP to "onboarding" the winning vendor. * SALES. Marketed, sold, managed and installed complex hardware, software and service solutions to 191 counties and cities in 27 states, including 3 statewide installations, totaling over $200 million USD in direct sales. Sales are still generating millions in ongoing service, support, software and hardware income. * MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. Ability to directly manage and coordinate complex government installations nationwide. Managed large scale on site installations in Florida, Virginia and West Virginia that involved recruiting, training and coordinating hundreds of technicians and related "on the ground" support. * EDUCATION.
