I have had the privilege of 27 years of experience within Missile Defense (February 1988). My accomplishments include 1) Estimating Manager for six years, 2) Supply Chain Contracts Manager, 3) Affordability Management 4) Product Line Estimating Lead 5) Material Project Administrator and 6) Business/Financial Analyst. I have a full understanding of the front end of the business as well as its maturity. I'm extremely confident in my professionalism and always enthused for continued learning. The varied experience described has contributed to my strong interpersonal skills where I have demonstrated effective communication. I express myself clearly, concisely, and quickly adapt content and level of detail to a particular situation. March 2015 to Present: Level III Supplier Manager - AMDS SM-3 BlkIIA Supplier Manager for Aerojet. Managing two cost plus contracts with an approximate value of $400M. Responsibilities include negotiating new scope into the contract, planning and executing strategies for meeting financial metrics for RMS and Aerojet, and provide opportunities for increased sales and cash. January 2009 to March 2015: Level III Estimating Manager - AWS Product Line, Frontline leader for approximately 18 Program Estimators. My accomplishments include: 1) Developed several business cases to support Gate 4, 2) provide my systems engineering background to develop trade scenarios for affordability analysis, and 3) successfully trained personnel in all areas of estimating. Skill strengths include: affordability with keen awareness of the financial metrics specifically cash, sales, margins, and bookings. Also assist in five year planning and annual operating plan for various programs. May 2007 to Dec. 2008: Supply Chain Management -Manager 1 Supply Chain Management - Target Defeat Mechanisms & Warheads: Firm Fixed Price Contracts: TOW, Tomahawk, Advanced Programs: EAPS & PPS, which included managing a prime contract with an EV requirement where I monitored critical milestones and performance progress. In addition developed financial modeling with two suppliers, performed PEAT analysis, lead negotiations 2004 to 2007: Systems Engineering - Cost Engineering Group supporting Quentin Redman. My accomplishments include: 1) Affordability Manager for NLOS CLU Program, responsibility included working with fifteen engineering IPT's to reduce 20% of the current estimate by Critical Design Review. 2) Supported the Affordability Manager on the ERGM Product Line. 3) Performed a KAIZEN event at the Lockheed Facility in Baltimore. 4) Cost lead for three proprietary programs. 5) Supplier Cost Manager for KEI. I received Gold Certificate in Systems Engineering. Fully knowledgeable in ACEIT and other cost models. 1994 to 2004: Air to Air Product Line Estimator on AIM-9X, AIM-9M, and ASRAAM product lines. Accomplishments include 1) Coordinating proposal estimates with material, product operations, engineering, and contracts. 2) Preparing charts and presenting to management. 3) After contract award, prepared for the Estimate at Completion (EAC)/budgeting process.
