SUMMARY OF ACOMPLISHMENTS * Created, developed, and lead the implementation team for "AMMO", a custom (HRIS) program that standardized and automated many functions and tasks, such as onboarding, applicant tracking, historical employment details, performance reviews, position & compensation history, vacation & PTO tracking, training and certification administration, milestone recognition, disciplinary actions, incident reporting, and compliance reporting. * Managed time & attendance, payroll (ADP), (AMMO), benefits, and 401K systems. * Prepared all required reporting for ACA, OSHA, EEO, workman's comp audits, and the 401K plan. * Skilled in the use of Visual Basic for Applications (MS Access & Excel). * Experienced in writing SQL statements. * Built several databases/systems that significantly improved existing business processes. * Authored several Windows based learning programs. * Able to create and drive strategy and tactics that align departmental functions with corporate objectives. * Analyzed policies and procedures on an ongoing basis for compliance and effectiveness. * Evaluated and executed methods necessary for managing change in a positive manner.
