QUALIFICATIONS * Over 10 years' experience in case management, counseling and mentoring * Education and direct working experience with children, youth, adult and seniors. * Involved in creating and executing project work plans, including timeline, roles, and resources. * Demonstrated community leadership skills and working within a collaborative environment. * Knowledgeable of consensus decision making and conflict resolution. * Ability to build relationships and interact with a diverse population easily. * Experience in providing supervision, mentorship, and guidance. * Proven ability to be flexible in adapting and learning new ideas and concepts. * Knowledge of accepted standards of practice for social workers * Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team. * Knowledgeable regarding functions of public assistance and social service systems. * Facilitate the exploration of needs, motivations, desires, skills and thought processes to assist clients in making real, lasting change.
