? Netted a cost reduction of more than $1,000,000 for technology training through a partnership with the Corporate Sourcing Team for the design and implementation of a process that leveraged the secondary market. Utilized this process to �level the playing field� in the search for an e-Learning provider. ? Convinced the e-Learning provider (KnowledgeNet) to fund a scientific ROI study for two of the Technology roles. The study proved an ROI sixteen days after the training (952% ROI +/- 13% margin for error). Published and presented results at TechLearn 2003. ? Organized a web cast (included 14 states, 20 cities and more than 400 employees). Engaged KeyBank�s CEO and members of his senior staff as speakers. This project demonstrated the capacity and strength of the Network. ? Designed and managed implementation of a Skills Inventory process for the Technology organization�s project management system. Skills Inventory provided optimal, efficient talent choices for project assignments. ? Optimized training for new technology and software through changes that included training as a part of the business decision and as a part of the project process. ? Designed and implemented the Human Capital Plan for the Enterprise Technology Operations Group. This system supported training paths; certifications; job performance; job advancement; managed experience and or job changes. ? Participated in the design and implementation of processes for Project Management, Problem Management, Centralized LAN Support and Centralized, Proactive Monitoring of the Network which all enhanced Technology�s ability to support the business of commercial banking for effective solutions. ? Designed and implemented the Client Statement for ETO's clients. Wrote a script and produced a video for the presentation and education of this process. This effort was initiated and completed in twelve days. Its presentation provided employees with real visuals of their roles in the process. ? Recognized for initiating and implementing three process improvements which netted cost reductions totaling more than $400,000 annually. ? Managed Call Center at 17% below budget while meeting all business and personnel goals. ? Identified processing problems between Funds Management and Public Finance to correct over $100,000 in profit/loss errors. ? Developed processes and templates for measuring unit cost for Securities Safekeeping and Asset Management. ? Produced systems training for back office and front office personnel for effective securities trade operations. ? Recognized, at a national level, for enhancements designed and made to processes for Dormant Control and Escheatment. Received a Letter of Commendation from the North Carolina Treasurer's Department for improvements realized from these changes. ? Led six major enterprise-wide projects for systems conversions, implementation of new automation, hardware installations, system interfaces and mergers. ? Pioneered automation for accounting and regulatory reporting processes for more than 700 G/L accounts, Traders� commissions and security positions. ? Recovered more than $1,000,000 in asset income errors. ? Established process and procedure for month-end and quarter-end requirements which netted a near 100% reduction in exceptions.
