ACCOMPLISHMENTS: - Formulated and maintained the Company hourly billing rate for clients. - Maintained the billing rate for Field Service Employees for competitive rates to customers. - Developed and Staffed the first Administrative Department, Information Technology Department, and Document Control Departments. All were my direct reports. - Implemented electronic time sheets compared to manual entry time sheets. The shortcut allowed quick upload to Quickbooks for payroll, quicker reporting to Project Managers and for billing customers for better cash flow. - As a results oriented person in my position as Director of Administration, I am a self-directed person and utilized my experience to expand my skill-set on the Administrative level.
