Global Human Resource Office (global shared service office) was initiated with an objective of establishing a centralized operation to support Global Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR back office processes. This team actively works on supporting the TA functions in US, APJ & EMEA region. The activities of this team are of employment co-ordination, contingent workforce data entry, LED for APJ, EMEA & US. I am a part of the Employment Coordination which supports the GTA team in Onboarding and releasing contracts for UK and Ireland. It involves Email and on Call support for coordinating all aspects of Onboarding right from releasing the contract to the final start day of the new hire.
